Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Deep Learning Engineer (Reinforcement Learning) with up to one year of experience to join our team in the field of medical robotics. The ideal candidate should possess a solid foundation in deep learning, linear algebra, and fundamentals of reinforcement learning (RL). In this role, you will focus on developing and implementing RL-based models for surgical robots, driving innovation in AI-powered medical technologies, and contributing to impactful real-world applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement deep learning models with a focus on reinforcement learning.
- Work with neural network architectures such as CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, and deep RL algorithms.
- Preprocess and analyze datasets for RL training and evaluation.
- Assist in designing experiments and benchmarking RL algorithms.
- Optimize RL models for performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to integrate RL models into real-world applications.
- Document and present findings in team discussions and research reports.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Up to 1 year of experience in deep learning, machine learning, or reinforcement learning.
- Strong understanding of deep learning fundamentals.
- Basic knowledge of reinforcement learning concepts such as Markov Decision Processes (MDPs), policy gradients, Q-learning, and actor-critic methods.
- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch.
- Solid foundation in linear algebra, and probability.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Pybullet, OpenAI Gym, and other RL environments.
